The Return of the Regional Hawker Showcase
Spanning six instalments from 3 March to 21 September 2025, the Regional Hawker Showcase at Raffles Courtyard is back for its second series. Experience the authentic flavours of Southeast Asia as we spotlight beloved regional specialties from passionate hawkers, each with their own story to tell. Discover rare and cherished dishes that celebrate the vibrant street food culture, offering a unique culinary journey through the heart of Southeast Asia.
Opening this edition from 3 to 9 March 2025, we welcome our first guest hawker from Malacca, Malaysia who presents her take on Kerabu Bee Hoon, a refreshing medley of stir-fried rice vermicelli, delicately tossed with fragrant herbs and aromatics. This dish is paired with Sotong Sumbat Soup, a rich and soulful broth infused with prawn paste, featuring tender squid stuffed with prawns and vegetables.

Raffles Courtyard x Roku Gin
From 16 January to 16 April 2025, discover six exceptional gin-based cocktails, each meticulously crafted to capture the vibrant and diverse flavours of a particular Southeast Asian country. From the cherished mango sticky rice of Thailand to the bold essence of Vietnam’s street food, these distinctive flavours provide creative inspiration for cocktail creations that are accentuated with Roku Gin, a premium Japanese craft gin, offering an unparalleled cocktail experience.
